Midastrand Network operates as a private channel between employers and professional candidates. Identity is disclosed only once the engagement is settled.
You receive a shortlist of candidate CVs with identifying details withheld. You assess qualifications, experience, and fit without bias or premature outreach.
Once you are satisfied with the provided candidates, an invoice is issued according to the client's annual salary or the project's budget for freelance workers.
Upon payment, the complete, de-anonymized profiles are released to you, including full contact details.
Midastrand charges a single flat fee per 4 candidates - 3% of the candidate's annual salary for long term employment, or 5% of the project's budget price for single projects, invoiced only after you have reviewed the anonymized profiles and confirmed interest for any of the candidates. These prices reflect the sourcing of a minimum of 4 potential candidates / anonymized profiles. We also offer a 25% discount on the final invoice should you decide to order 8 or more candidates at once instead of 4 (this may increase sourcing process duration).
You pay only when the candidates you have selected are worth pursuing, and full identity disclosure follows immediately after payment is received. Further, you can negotiate rates and contract terms with the candidates directly and privately. Midastrand charges no further fees regardless of what you and the candidate agree to in private.
